R. Kiyosaki 's books are great for you read the minds of the rich. What is missing is specific details of the direction. For the most part, his books are more inspirational than instructional or directional. I do not agree with a majority of his teachings, and use the mentality that he preaches. I am a full time RE investor professional and make 100% of my current income that business and I can tell you from experience that RE is one of the best, most profitable, the highest return investments you can make (if done correctly). None investment vehicle that offers multiple streams of income (cash flow, tax deductions, appreciation, appreciation forced) the RE not. Over time, you will have a bad tenant and have to drive - YES. It is a pain - Yes It's not rocket science - NO.
