I read the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, effectiveness, and the habit of 8 greatness. The most important thing I learned was the 7 Habits for first understand, then to be understood philosophy. I liked it - Sometimes I do not think of what others are trying to convey, but just to get my standpoint. The other big was the win-win or no treatment philosophy.
