Does the full version of Dune book go into detail about folding space when it moves first to Paul Dunn?
I had a copy of years ago Dune (Long Gone). I had already bought a replacement - the anniversary issue. I got to the part where Paul and his mother were leaving for the planet Dune. In the latest version makes no mention of the trip to Dune - only mentions his arrival with the mother of Paul saying, "We are here"! I remember that The original elaborate on fold space and travel details.
This is a very long time since I read the book so I can not remember everything many details about it, but I vaguely remember some herb or spice that allowed him to travel instantly anywhere in the universe. If I'm there would be no journey into detail about.
