Having tons of downtime due to total knee replacement (2nd in 5 years UGH). Can you suggest some books. My favorites were books like "The Devil Wears Prada," "The Lovely Bones." So I like funny (need of good laughter) and touch the hearts of page turners. I like true crime and mystery, but I think "ve read all (Grisholm, Patterson, JD Robb, Brad Meltzer, Kellerman, etc. As for romance, I read all of Nicholas Sparks, Thanks.

Bless your heart! Hold on. I suppose you've read Janet Evanovich? If not, try that or Alexander McCall Smith books. You'll love both these authors. The Thirteenth Tale is another great book I just read.
