I was looking for the phantom of the opera (read it now and love it), but in parentheses alongside some said in full text and other dramatized and other short fiction! what is full, dramatized and short fiction mean?!

Books Unabridged means it is not been shortened, it is basically the original book itself. Abridged books are books that have cut scenes and the lines of the original book. Short version of the book are easier to read, but is smaller in depth. I recommend reading the abridged versions, if you do not have much time on their hands. I'm not really sure what a novel is dramatized, but my guess is that it has added drama in that.
