What is the easiest to read the novels of Jane Austen?
I read all the novels of Jane Austen. I started Pride and Prejudice, when my school do the work, but never finished. Outside of the novels of Jane Austen, there is one that is easier to understand? Or are all equal and that I must learn? Also, some tips for learning English from age? Thank you!
I know what you mean ... I read Pride and Prejudice, and now I am beginning persuasion. All the books look alike, but sense and sensibility was his first published book, so perhaps it is possible that 'easier'. The language is really hard to understand at first. This seems strange, because I understand Charlotte Bronte and Mary Shelley's perfectly fine. Austen only writes differently. Surprisingly, I can understand Jane Austen. I think it requires a greater level of reading perhaps (by the old English), so I do what I did: read the books of many other before Jane Austen. From simple to complex. Eventually it will get better. Good luck!
The Jane Austen is the best thing to study English more personal?
Hi I make more English this year and I would like to make a novel Jane Austen for my personal study, but not sure which one to do. Please help:)
I recommend Emma, who although not as "popular" as P & J is considered by many as his best work. It's a good idea to review it first in video / DVD to see if you find the lines story interesting enough to warrant further study. It was a book in a series of tests to my writing and I really enjoyed re-read it 3 or 4 times since, versions as well as watching several films.
Who do you call the opposite of Jane Austen?
I am writing an article about a woman that starts strong and ends up running to marry the first man she knows. I'm trying to say that it sounds more like ___________ Jane Austen, but I have nothing to fill in the blank! Does anyone have any idea about a writer who is more traditional novels that Austen the kind that picture?
Mills & Boon? Barbara Cartland?
