I used to hate exercise, but now that I found Turbo Jam, I love to workout! Or do you think I should get the Turbo Jam Live or, possibly, the Turbo Jam Deluxe package. I prefer the package that has the least amount of occupations and lunges, as it is at least my favorite part of Cardio Party 1. Also, I'm not really in shape, I can do both Cardio Party 1 and the 20 Minute Workout, but I had to build slowly to her. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
TJ I been doing for some months now and I still love it! I really like to run, but TJ started doing when I injured my foot and I can say this: when I started running again, my resistance was AWESOME. So I think TJ is a really great training. Finally, the squat is my least favorite of Cardio Part 1 too! I LOVE Cardio Part 3 - is great. I also like the 3T workout with the tubes, and the exercises blaster fat. I do not know what comes in packages, so I'm afraid I will not be of any help deciding which one to get.
